'Special needs fashion show offers children a chance to express themselves'

'The second annual \"This is Me\" fashion show and fundraiser on Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019 at Ballenger Fieldhouse on the campus of Mott Community College in Flint offered children with special needs a chance to express themselves in a different way. The event organized by Tracy Palmer featured 20 models wearing clothing from multiple designers.'
