'(2 Dec 2019) RIHANNA, ASAP ROCKY, NAOMI CAMPBELL ATTEND THE FASHION AWARDS IN LONDON A cold, icy London evening couldn\'t keep fashion-forward celebrities from attending the annual Fashion Awards Monday (2 DEC. 2019). Naomi Campbell was honored as a fashion icon, with Giorgio Armani winning the Outstanding Achievement award. Sam McKnight was honored with the Isabella Blow Award for Fashion Creator. Campbell was joined on the carpet by pupils she met during the summer from Ellesmere Primary School in Tulse Hill. \"Blackish\" actress Tracee Ellis Ross hosted the event and chatted about what fashion means to her, joking that she\'d changed outfit multiple times before arriving. \"Fashion has always been important to me, I think style is more important than fashion, fashion is sort of the business of style, but it started out as an armor for me, a way to protect myself and to wear my insides on the outsides and to kind of give people the presentation that I wanted and now it is kind of a form of creative expression for me,\" she said. Also in attendance were an array of models including Stella Maxwell, Jourdan Dunn, Winnie Harlow and Irina Shayk, actors and actresses including Emilia Clarke, Lily James and Andrew Scott.
