Instructions • Drill 1 – Figure 8 Passing - Goalkeeper does figure of 8 around the cones – passing the ball back to coach every time they come to the centre. • Drill 2 – Figure 8 Round Feet- Goalkeeper does figure of 8 around feet with ball on floor • Drill 3 - High Catching – Goalkeeper practises catching ball– centre, left and right high jumping. Hands forward when catching. • Drill 4 - Low Catching - Goalkeeper practises diving for low ball, left and right – throw the ball right and left of the cone. • Drill 5 – Touch Pole and React - Goalkeeper catches throw and throws back to coach, sprint to touch pole and then dive back to safe ball.
