'24 K Magic dance fitness choreography by Jennifer Aldredge for Body Rock Minden. This is the last dance fitness routine I filmed before gracefully bowing out for a few months during my pregnancy. And it is also my promise to all of you die-hard Zumba/dance fitness fans...This summer we will resume dance classes with a passion! In the meantime, catch a Zumba class with my girl Evelyn Jones at Anytime Fitness Saturdays at 9 a.m. or PIYO with me Monday & Thursday at 6:30 p.m. or Saturday at 10 a.m. Love you guys!!!'
