'Bodyweight Workout - Football / Soccer Conditioning'

'Music used: Ephemeral Reign by Machinimasound.com Licence: https://machinimasound.com/license/  Hey guys, in this video I am showing a basic bodyweight (calisthenics) workout that you can do at a park, without any equipment or a gym membership. These exercises will not slow your growth, therefore they are ideal for young people that want to get stronger and faster. I recommend that you try this workout everyday for 2 months, and then move on to intermediate and advanced.  WORKOUT PLAN:  Warm up (10 minute run)  1 Set of Chin ups to failure, 1 Set of Pull ups to failure,  Rest (Juggle with small ball for 5 minutes)  1 Set of Push ups to failure, 1 Set of 15 knee raises and leg flutters,  Rest (juggle tennis ball for 5 minutes)  1 Set of bench dips to failure 1 Set of ATG squats to failure 1 Set of Calf raises to failure  Rest (5 minutes juggling with small ball)  1 set of ab crunches to failure 1 set of leg raises to failure (lower abs) 1 set of leg flutters to failure  FACEBOOK: http://facebook.com/ProXTutorials Skype: proxtutorials'
